Can I surf/ride the boards?
The boards are for decor only and cannot be used in the water.
What colors can I choose from?
All boards have 20 colors.
What modes are included?
Using the app, you can access these modes:
- Color Mode: Millions of colors and brightness adjustments.
- Music Mode: Change RGB LED color by music rhythm.
- Mic Mode: Change RGB LED color by microphone or phone input voice rhythm.
- Style Mode: 20 kinds of built-in change modes with speed adjustments.
- Timing Mode: Timers with auto ON/OFF.
How long do the LED lights last?
The LED lights have a 40,000-hour life expectancy.
Can the boards be placed outside?
Yes, but boards with Neon LED signs must be under an awning or overhang and cannot be exposed to direct moisture.
What kind of plug does it use?
A 3-prong extension cord.
How long is the extension cord?
The extension cord is 6-8 feet, depending on the model.
How do I control the lights?
You can control the lights using the remote control and the included app.
Is there power surge protection?
An on/off switch is located on the power strip on the back of each piece.
